Angelo Chirulli is the founder and owner of Vectigalis AC Tax Limited, an ICAEW-registered tax advisory practice with a London business and meeting office in Cavendish Square. He advises international groups, investors and private clients on cross-border structuring, corporate and indirect tax, and transactions. Over more than 25 years in practice and in-house roles, he has worked in the United Kingdom, United States, Costa Rica and Italy. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW, holds the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation, is a full member of STEP and lectures on the ADIT programme for the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation.
